As the development of spaceflight technology, we should improve the ability of data processing of satellites and other aero-craft. The method of"1553B- AOS HRM"will become the bottle-neck of ability development of air-ground data transfer, although it is used widely nowadays.With refer to domestic and overseas technology and experiences, this paper as a research project, puts forward a new generation of capability guideline of AOS HRM, in addition, this paper tried to develop a theory equipment. The equipment had these characteristic:①many bus interface ability, such as MIL-STD-1553 IEEE-1394a and LVDS;②system structure with such characteristic as model blocking , small bulk and easy extend;③high data rate of down transfer;④a new dynamic priority virtual channel (VC) scheduling strategy;⑤diverse data rate, synchronous or asynchronous input data .This paper mainly carried out these relative develop:1. Using CPCI machine trunk as the hardware flat , implemented communicating with each other of all link layer boards;2. To solve the problem of high-rate signal transfer, we used the technology of Data-Strobe encode, which not only overcame the bottle-neck of data transfer in system, but also increased system's ability of standing against interference.3. Put forward a new dynamic priority virtual channel (VC) scheduling strategy, AOS HRM could control the onboard data throughout according to ground instruction;4. In the procedure of implement dynamic scheduling strategy using FPGA, we put forward a method using priority mapping table, which saved the resource using rate, and we finally proved dynamic scheduling strategy by emluator .
