The rotor unbalance is a common problem in practical production and everyday life. The vibration of rotating rotor caused by unbalance will cause a series of hazards to personnel safety and corporate assets. Therefore, it is necessary to take dynamic balancing process to eliminate or to make better the rotor unbalance, before a rotor is used, as well as in routine maintenance.This text expatiates on the vibration characteristics of rotor unbalance and the dynamic balance principle, and introduces the structure and functions of the hard-bearing dynamic balancing machine. The functions of electronic measurement part of the hard-bearing dynamic balancing machines based on MDAC have been realized in this paper. The cross-correlation technology is used to design a microcontroller -based MDAC tracking filter, which is used to filter out unwanted noise and to separate same frequency vibration signals out, so that we can obtain the amplitude and phase of unbalance vibration. The design simulate the process of dynamic balance to test the performance of tracking filter, and improve the performance of tracking filter through repeated testing and modification of hardware and software. The article also designs a multi-channel and high-precision A/D conversion circuit, in order to convert analog signals outputted by tracking filter into digital signals, which will be transmitted to the host computer system. Based on embedded system, the design uses Qt/Embedded graphical interface technology to achieve the display function of dynamic balance. And eventually, the system will display a concrete display interface on the LCD screen, which is clearly indicated the way of adding/removing weight.
