Landscape Design Research Of Damao Mountain National Forest Park Protection

With the unceasing development of the tourism in our country, more and more scenic sites are transforming to the direction of ecology environmental protection and harmonious in their plan and design. Although the tourism brings rich economic benefit, it gives huge pressure on the health and safety to landscape environment. Therefore it has profound significance to seek for a reasonable way to landscape planning and design for protection.Damao Mountain, as the main peak of the Ancient Northern Mountain, has precious cultural landscape resources. As a national forest park, the rich flora and fauna resources of it are valuable. So in the landscape planning and the process of construction, it is an organic whole with be in harmony of the natural resources and landscape planning and design. Therefore, the landscape design must be based on the premise that protects the local environment and view. People should use natural and cultural landscape resources reasonably, create the feature of landscape, reduce the destruction of human's activities, achieve the harmony between human and the nature and achieve the harmonious development of social, economic and natural landscape. This paper is divided into four parts for the research and discussion.In the first part of the Introduction, the background of this research, the purpose of meaningful, relevant theory and research status at home and abroad and so on were introduced systematically. The second part was the basis analysis for Damao Mountain Forest Park. It described the park's natural and geographical environment, historical evolution and the existing landscape resources in detail. Finally, the problems and disadvantages in the landscape planning and design of the park were analyzed. The third part was about the research on planning and design methods to protect Forest Park. By the analysis of the damage factors of landscape and other basis factors, the planning and design principles of the forest park as well as the basic countermeasures of the design were proposed. In the last part, how to achieve Damao Mountain Forest Park landscape protection during the practice of landscape planning and design, including the overall layout, attractions planning, and various landscape elements: the road system, landscape plants, water body landscape , cultural landscape, landscape architecture, and variety of planning and design were analyzed comprehensively. At the same time, some specific planning and design schemes and proposals were proposed.
