As automotive technology continue to develop in the direction of electronization and intelligent, and the increaseing electronic equipment in-car has worsened the electromagnetic environment inside the car. For EMC has significant impact to the security and reliability of automotive vehicle and the cable bundle in automotive electromagnetic compatibility issues in an important position, the research on the electromagnetic compatibility of the vehicle cable bundle has important theoretical and engineering value. with the support of the National Natural Science Foundation project "Automotive EMC prediction and research of key technologies for electromagnetic interference suppression" (ID: 50877081), the thesis focus on the automotive cable bundle of the crosstalk and radiation, the main contents are as follows:â‘ The thesis proposed a new method to predict the crosstalk between interconnection wires with the fuzzy reasoning theory. The method select an impact on the crosstalk response to electromagnetic disturbance parameters as predictors of response as predicted crosstalk target, according to the statistical characteristics of their raw data to grade, and then merging fuzzy implication statement to determine the fuzzy implication relation set for the fuzzy reasoning crosstalk forecast model. The crosstalk of the fuzzy inference prediction results and the test samples were compared, show that the method is effective.â‘¡The thesis set up a simplified model of complex cable bundle in the car, using the method of equivalent complexity of some of the same characteristics of the internal wiring harness wire bundle categories to conduct a study to reduce the number of wires and reduces the computational complexity.â‘¢Before and after the cable bundle to simplify the radiation generated by the model simulation studies were carried out, the simulation results were compared to verify the feasibility of the method. Moreover, the equivalent method not only simplified cable bundle model, greatly reduces the computing time and computer memory needed,and also provides a feasible method to complex cable bundle modelling.â‘£The equivalent method applied to the vehicle cable bundle of the study, the method is verified feasiblely and effectively by simulation in the automotive environment, and application of the equivalent simplified method, the radiation inside the vehicle cable bundle simulation, consider cable bundle the added incentive of two different locations and two different ways on the vehicle radiation distribution. Specifically to consider the cable bundle in three different cases, the distribution of electric field for the driver brain area.
