Automated Manual Transmission(AMT) has become a major developing direction of automatic transmission in domestic heavy-duty commercial vehicle for its advantages of simple structure,high efficiency,high price quality and good producing heritage.So building AMT test bench,collecting control parameters AMT,carrying out comprehensive performance experimental verification of AMT are the important ways and necessary stages to promote the technological development of AMT.A perfect test bench observation and control system can ensure the reliable movement of AMT,bring the function of developing verification of test bench for AMT system into full play,improve the efficiency of AMT developing and the system performance of deveoped AMT.Combined with the national 863 project- Development of AMT for Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicle, this paper has mainly carried on the following research work:â‘ The test structure and function demands of clutch performance are analyzed.And on basis of this the hardware demands of observation and control system for clutch performance test bench is analyzed.The controller of observation and control system,the plan for system communication and data collecting of test bench are determined.By analyzing the software demands of observation and control system, the overall plan of observation and control system software is proposed and the observation and control system software is developed.On the basis of anylyzing the control object of observation and control system and the characteristic of gathered signal, the system communication and data collecting and the processing way are studied, and puts these into practice by programming.â‘¡On the basis of analyzing the working principle of clutch executing agency,the controlling method is proposed,and the control effect is verified.The testing principle and the realizing method of test items for clutch test bunch are analyzid and experimental verification for the function of observation and control system is done.â‘¢On the basis of analyzing the structure and the function of AMT comprehensive performance test bench,the overall proposal for observation and control system hardware and software is put forward.The communication system of CAN and data collecting system are analyzed and achieved by programming,and based on this the software of observation and control system for AMT comprehensive performance test bunch is developed.â‘£The control method is proposed in connection with the function demands of the test bench, debugging and functional verification are also done.By typical test,the overall functional verification for observation and control system is done.
