Heavy commercial vehicle automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) test bench testing-controlling system is a complex multiple-input and multiple-output control system. In the course of development of heavy commercial vehicle AMT, whether the choice of design, hardware debugger, and software adjustment and perfect, all depend on test bench testing-controlling system.Therefore,the test bench testing-controlling system is a necessary tool and an important part in the research and development of heavy commercial vehicle AMT. It will have a direct bearing on the development of the merits of AMT system performance and development efficiency.In this paper, On the basis of functional requirement and the characteristic of the testing-controlling objects of AMT bench test for heavy commercial vehicle have been analysed seriously,we determined types and their communication means of acquisition signals of AMT testing-controlling system.According to testing-controlling system function,testing-controlling objects,signal acquisition and communication means of AMT test bench,beginning AMT test bench testing -controlling system scheme design.Take test control scheme as basis,we built the whole frame of AMT test bench data acquisition and communication system, ascertained the types of signal acquisition sensor of AMT test bench controlled objects,built AMT test bench testing-controlling system of integrating communication means of CAN and serial communication,have realized data communication and sharing of every controller,data collector and top PC on AMT overall performance test bench for Heavy commercial vehicle.In the course of hardware and software development of AMT test bench testing- controlling system, the crew data collector is the core of the system hardware development.we raised the design principles and objectives of hardware development.accomplished the type selection of microcontroller, designed the main hardware circuit and developed the underlying program for data collector,Through the circuit function test.Tests have showed that the design and development of data collector satisfied for the target functional requirements.On this basis, we accomplished the software development of AMT test bed test control system for heavy commercial vehicle.
