The article based on the qing yi highway engineering of xin jiang.in this area there is a lot of cohesive soil with low liquid, and the cohesive soil with low liquid have the characteristics such as low strength and compacted hard,so the article mixed with gravel, cement improvement, laying geocell such treatment and do the reseach of construction technology systemly.Firstly.combining with the large number of experiments such as compaction test, unconfined compression tests, CBR tests of the cohesive soil with low liquid to Analysis the mechanical performance meets the road performance requirements or not.then choose a suitable improvement program.Then use the improvements in project,and do the reseach of construction technology. Finally, use of buried settlement Cup.on the improvement areas subsidence observations,and analysis the data, evaluate the improving measures.thus propose the suitable foundation construction techniques of cohesive soil with low liquid of the xin jiang. Thereby there is a technical basis for xin jiang Highway design and construction.
