The Study Of Application For Expressway Network Toll Audit Management

With the expansion of expressway network, the amount of one-time payment for vehicles increased. This has increased the behavior of toll evasion. Toll auditing has become a necessary means to reduce property losses. The current work lack of systematic research on behavior of toll evasion and toll audit work,and mainly depended on manual inspection, lack of technical support.At present the auditor lack of business studies, the research on behavior of toll evasion and toll audit work can improve it. Data mining can extract useful information from the practical data,can find out useful model from the data.It's good at classification and prediction. So the data mining can be used to aid toll audit, it can improve the efficiency and accuracy of toll audit.This paper described the basic concepts of network toll collection system, analyzed the toll collection agency and process, collection range and vehicle classification, system structure and function of toll center about provincial network toll collection system, analyzed the connotation, contents and methods of toll audit under expressway network toll collection mode in detail. This paper conducted a comprehensive analysis and research for the toll evasion phenomenon, classified it into four categories:fake type, cheating type, violation type and defect type, and gave a detailed description for each type It also proposed corresponding audit measures for toll evasion phenomenon.This paper analyzed the data structure and data characteristics of network toll collection system,conducted theory research on design of audit data warehouse. On this basis,the paper focused on data mining,designed a audit model by make use of the association between toll record and toll evasion phenomenon.It realized the design and application of the founded model by use of data mining tool Weka. The model of this paper has higher prediction accuracy.For the changing category, changing card, license does not match, U route and other behavior of toll evasion, the model has a good audit performance.Through the systematic research on behavior of toll evasion and toll audit business, and established audit model by data mining,the paper can regulate and guide the audit work, can improve the efficiency of toll audit work, can enhance the level of toll audit management.
