With China’s highway mileage increasing, expanding the road network, a singlepayment of tolls vehicles increased amount, resulting in evasion owners increasingly frequentphenomenon also occurs. Currently, inspectors highway toll charges can not be done usinginformation technology to record data processing massive. By studying the behavior of tollevasion and inspection work can supplement highway inspection work. Data miningtechnology plays an important role in this process, it is possible to extract the requiredinformation from a large number of charging data out, and classify and predict. The datamining techniques used to support highway network toll inspection work, will greatlyimprove the work efficiency and targeted inspection work.In this paper, work content inspection of toll highway network as a starting point to startresearch on toll evasion conduct a detailed analysis and research. In this paper, data miningtechnology into the work of inspection fees, the key technology was studied. On, above, thispaper constructs an auxiliary charging system model inspection work, combined with datamining technology gives examples of model application. The results show that the predictiongiven by the model with higher accuracy, especially for the more sensitive card replacement,substitution of license plates and other acts of evasion. This article evasion behavior andinspection work system analysis, and data mining technology based on audit fees formodeling work, guiding significance for the inspection work, to promote efficiency auditwork in practice, and improve highway operating unit managementlevel.
