| Environmental pollution and scarcity of oil resources appear to be increasingly significant and they have became two major challenges for sustainable development of the auto industry.Therefore, pure electric vehicles with zero emissions and energy-efficient have attracted wide attention of the international automotive industry. Vehicle technology,motor drives technology and battery technology are the three key technologies for the development of electric cars.The main performance of the electric vehicle drive system decides in structural design and parameter matching of the driving system and travel control strategy. Firstly,the modified platform is "LS6600C1" medium-sized passenger vehicle. Analysising and studying the vehicle and major component parameters, determining the overall conversion program and checking calculation of the dynamic.Dased on these works,the main parameters of the custom motor drive system complete to be determined.Papers discusses the build process of the vehicle simulation model with the professional building electric vehicles simulation software-ADVISOR.In this software environment,vehicle model completed the performance testing.Secondly, on the basis of the performance study for the electromotor, the thesis protocoled the test method with test standard of the electrical machine and selected the major test equipments.When the test accomplished in the experimentation platform, the relevant data will be disposed and analysed. Finally, combining the motor performance, the simulation tests for maximum speed, maximum gradeability, acceleration performance and other dynamic performance of electric test vehicle accomplished in the performance test-bed with the performance test standard. The parameter of vehicle performance will be acquired on the basis of disposing and analysing for the relevant data.This thesis carried out theoretical and experimental studies about pure electric vehicle drive system restructuring, including matching and performance testing of the motor and vehicle dynamic performance tests. These will become a theoretical basis for pure electric vehicle drive system designed and be valuable to the performance test of drive motor and vehicle dynamic performance tests. |
