As a result of the asphalt pavement can continue to store solar radiation heat, it makes road surface in a hot state. In this case, the asphalt pavement is very easy to be deformed under the action of external loads. It not only affected the safety of driving, but also accelerated the destruction of the pavement. In addition, the asphalt pavement also accelerated "suround island effect" of city. In view of this, it needs to carry out the research of cooling measures on the asphalt pavement, to relieve the "heat island effect" of asphalt pavement. This research proposed cooling technology, such as changing pavement surface properties, changing the surface structure and so on, and evaluation of its cooling effect. Mainly includes as follows:First of all, targeting the asphalt pavement light thermal environment, this paper has established the real surface thermal equilibrium equation from the view of heating element. Through the analysis of significant level, it determined the main factors of lab simulation.It proposed that changing pavement surface properties, to increase the surface radiation, latent heat of evaporation, heat exchange surface and subgrade in order to cut down the thermal equilibrium temperature and reduce the heat storage of the road surface. Secondly, according to the asphalt pavement radiation theory and significant analysis of influence factors, it developed lab environment temperature testing simulator. On this basis, I made test plan and test methods of indoor simulation, simulated on-site five kinds of typical asphalt mixture and five structure combinations, analyzed its residual energy absorption of suction in the simulation conditions. Results show that the surface heating temperature on the top of specimen is between 0.2-1.5 degrees Celsius, cooling range is between 0.9-2.4 degrees Celsius; the bottom temperature is between 0-4.4 degrees Celsius, cooling range is between 1.7-6.4 degrees Celsius. In the same conditions, Asphalt mix is 2.2-10℃,1.5-2.8℃higher than cement combination at 2cm and 5cm. Finally, this study adopts the reflective materials, insulation materials, structure compositions, and analyzed the cooling effect. Results show the heat reflective coating materials is best. Using light color stone mullite is better. In the schemes of blending light-colored stone of asphalt mixture, blending ceramics scheme is better than blending mullite; Because of OGFC pavement structure can send the heat, low heat storage, low radiation characteristics of road. The using results are the best.
