Solar radiation of cold and high altitude areas is strong,under the strong solar radiation,the temperature of asphalt pavement rises rapidly,and easy to produce rut disease,and the increase in the temperature of asphalt pavements will destroy the thermal equilibrium in the permafrost regions at high altitudes,and,results to freeze-thaw problems.seriously affects the asphalt pavement service life and service quality in and high altitude areas.From the point of reducing the absorption of solar radiation from asphalt pavement,this paper studies a kind of coating layer of shading pavement which is suitable for asphalt pavement in cold and high altitude regions.Firstly,based on the working principle of the coating layer of shading pavement and the environmental characteristics of the cold and high altitude,this paper chooses the constituent materials of the coating.Finally,the epoxy resin and polyamide curing agent are selected as the main film-forming materials,dioxide and carbon black are used as the secondary film-forming materials,and the dispersant,UV absorber and other materials are selected as additives.9 kinds of test programs with epoxy resin and polyamide curing agent were formulated respectively,and a total of 18 test programs.Secondly,through the indoor tests of the effects of the cooling coating,it is concluded that the heat-proof coating has a good cooling effect.when the titanium dioxide volume concentration is 15% and carbon black content is 0.2%,the cooling range is up to 13.2?.The addition of UV absorber has little effect on the cooling effect.At the same time,the anti-ultraviolet aging performance of the heat-shielding coating was evaluated from the macroscopic and microscopic aspects by the artificial accelerated aging test of the coating.The results show that the addition of UV absorber can improve the anti-aging properties of the coating and the UV absorber UV-531 is more effective than UV-329.Finally,the anti-skid,water resistance and alkali resistance of the heat-shielding coating were tested.The results show that the anti-skid property of the specimen is greatly reduced after coating the heat-shielding coating.The anti-skid performance of the coating was changed by the method of spreading the standard sand,and the results show that the anti-skid property of the heat-shielding coating was improved obviously.the test results show that the water resistance,alkali resistance of the coating and low temperature anti-crack property is good.
