At present the study of hinge joint damage are still not deep enough, most are still in failure mode, just analysis of the damage from the mechanism and make some improvements, but not considering the effect of environmental Coefficient and load coupling on the hinge joint Assembly Slab durable performance.This paper relies on the project "Reasonably Durable Construction of Concrete Bridges research", which belongs to the Ministry of Communications Science and Technology of Western Transportation, mainly studies the content to be as follows:(1)Investigating,summing up the failure and the control measures of the relevant literature on Assembly Slab hinge joint at home and abroad, summarizing and classifying the phenomenon of the hinge joint damage, analyzing the reasons for the various failure modes.(2) Establish a hinged plate theory based on finite element model of ANSYS to calculate the slab under the hinge plate theory Lateral load distribution Coefficient, and to verify the modeling method, and to pave the way for the follow-up study.(3)Carrying on indoor model tests, through hinged panels in the load deflection distribution,and then study hinge joint transfer lateral load capacity and stress mechanism, and with ANSYS to establish articulated plate theory model and solid model, by changing the load size and transverse to the location of the mechanical to study the response of hinge joints.(4) Analysis the durability under the interaction of environmental factors and load based on existing research results in the durability of concrete structures,study the damage mechanism of hinge joints under the general atmospheric environment of concrete carbonation and the erosion of chloride.and last propose some measures to inhance the durabilty of hinge joint.
