Since reform and opening up the outside world, the government tries its efforts to invest in basic facilities by adapting macroeconomic policies, which promotes the construction of various construction works and the development of national economy. At recent years. more and more attention was put on the risk of underground construction. Various method and optimize scheme have been concerned and applied in the field of the engineering construction. Now being in the initial stage of the implementing of risk management in construction project in China, with poor risk management, not so much attention is paid to risks of a construction project. So it is necessary to carry out a study on risk management in construction project at present. In this dissertation, systematic risk management for project object is investigated by using system engineering technique, probability theory, simulation technique, fuzzy mathematic method and multi-object decision technique, aim at xi'an Metro Line 2 and making amelioration. The main contents and achievements of this dissertation are as follows:The main contents and achievements of this dissertation are as follows:(1) The paper focuses on the analysis of the risk management model of the construction work project, and also puts forward exact and practical risk strategies. It is practical to heighten the risk defensive consciousness and improve the participants'risk management level.(2) This paper provides an overview on the theory and fundamental concept of FTA examines the benefits, disadvantages and functionality of FTA.(3) This paper are combine with xi'an Metro Line 2 and the practical construction risk are identified, analysized, and controlled.
