The rapid development of social economy promoted the rise of urban rail transit construction. Metro cross-sea tunnel engineering based on drilling and blasting method faces many risks in the actual construction process, urgently need to use risk management theory to guide it. This paper combining the theory of risk management and evaluation decision model uses the traditional analysis method to study the construction risk management of drilling and blasting method metro cross-sea tunnel engineering. The main research work is as follows:(1) This paper discusses systematically the basic theory of risk management, introduces the metro engineering concepts and characteristics of the construction, the characteristics of metro cross-sea tunnel, risk concept of metro project, characteristics and types, the content of the risk management of the metro project construction phase and mechanism of metro cross-sea tunnel construction risk. Basic working principle of drilling and blasting method and its application in the procedure of tunnel engineering are discussed. It analyses the applicability of drilling and blasting method in the construction stage of metro cross-sea tunnel.(2) Through the analysis of the traditional project risk identification method, the paper selects the fault tree analysis method to identify risks and makes detailed introduction for it. Risk factors in the construction phase of drilling and blasting method metro cross-sea tunnel engineering are identified through the fault tree analysis method. It builds the construction fault tree of drilling and blasting method metro cross-sea tunnel engineering and carries on the qualitative analysis. On the basis of fault tree analysis, built risk evaluation index systems of drilling and blasting method metro cross-sea tunnel construction phase.(3) Through the analysis of the application range of the two methods of weight assignment about FAHP and Shapley value, makes weight assignment by combining FAHP and Shapley value and discusses the specific empowerment process, among them, through MATLAB programming to realize empowerment of the Shapley value. The construction risk evaluation model of drilling and blasting method metro cross-sea tunnel engineering is built combined with multilevel grey evaluation method.(4) Combining with cross-sea tunnel engineering of Qingdao metro line 1 project, will set up construction risk evaluation index system of drilling and blasting method metro cross-sea tunnel engineering and construction risk evaluation model of drilling and blasting method metro cross-sea tunnel engineering is applied to the actual construction of the metro. According to the evaluation results, analysis of the need to focus on control of risk factors and studies control measures of drilling and blasting method metro cross-sea tunnel engineering construction risk combined with drilling and blasting method construction techniques.The study of drilling and blasting method metro cross-sea tunnel construction risk management in this paper can provide certain reference for the construction of drilling and blasting method metro cross-sea tunnel engineering.
