In this paper, the research bases on the slope ground bearing capacity, makes a contrast with the classical calculation of bearing capacity theory like Prandtl theory, Terzaghi theory, combines with the slope characteristics of the foundation bearing capacity, analyzes the existing slope ground bearing theoretical problems, points out: classical bearing capacity theory does not meet the sloping ground conditions; existing slope ground bearing capacity theory can not fully reflect the impact of various factors bearing capacity of the slope ground; Soil internal friction angle, friction conditions and foundation base width can not be ignored.On this basis, three methods:limit equilibrium theory, limit analysis and finite element method are used to study on the influences of the above three factors on the bearing capacity. By internal friction angle values between the reflected angle of internal friction caused by the change of slope foundation bearing capacity and capacity factors were studied. Assume that the contact between the foundation and thegroundwork is only under two circumstances: absolutely smooth and absolutely rough. Further studies are made to know the effect of different internal friction angles to the basal friction conditions. Under the situation of other elements are equal, it studys the variation law of different base width (B=0.5 m, B=1.0 m, B=2.0 m) and the bearing capacity of foundation and its coefficient.Through theoretical calculation and finite element simulation, the following conclusions are gotten::For the cohesive soil,when the angle of internal friction is lessser, the angle of internal friction on bearing capacity is not obvious; When soil internal friction angle is greater than 22°, The influence of bearing capacity is becomes significant; When the base is smooth, slope coefficient values by the bearing capacity of soil internal friction angle is greater than when the base is rough, and with the internal friction angle of soil increases more and more apparent; Slope ground bearing capacity coefficient decreases with the increasing of strip width, but on the whole, width of the basis varies slightly, value changed little.In summary, using the dissertation< Slope of the bearing capacity of the simulation analysis and theoretical calculation>proposed the slope foundation bearing capacity formulato calculate bearing capacity and capacity factor, when the base is rough,it is calculated precisely. Internal friction angle,Base width,Substrate roughness impact to bearing capacity should not be ignored.
