| In recent years, China's rapid economic development has made the Road Traffic demands ever-increasing. High speed, heavy load, a large proportion of overloaded vehicles, aggravate the cement concrete pavement damage. A large number of engineering practice shows that a lot of road damage caused by the roadbase comes from other reasons not only insufficient bearing capacities。Semi-rigid roadbase material of which the lack of erosion resistance is an important factor.Therefore, carring out research on anti-erosion properties.about cavity beneath concrete slab and the anti-erosion properties of base materials has a very important role and significance on extening the life of the road effectively and providing a good service for vehicles in its service life.Therefore, a lot of research have been to the anti-erosion properties at home and abroad for the base materials. But overall, there is no unified anti-erosion properties of base materials testing methods and indicator at home and abroad currently, which is one very important reason is there is mo ideal anti-erosion test equipment for base materials which can be well linked to actual erosion phenomenon. Therefore, the primary task about the cement concrete pavement anti-erosion properties of base materials is to develop a new type of testing equipment about the anti-erosion properties of base materials.On the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign anti-erosion properties of semi-rigid material, the paper put forward a more rational testing equipment about the anti-erosion properties With the experimenting equipment, anti-erosion performance tests have been carried out on the semi-rigid material.In the mean time,the paper analyzes the laws of erosion test and compares the advantages and disadvantages of anti-erosion performance of different base materials. Accoding to the experimental data, the erosion index k that represents different materials' anti-erosion properties is proposed. On the basis of the test results, the anti-erosion index of semi-rigid base course materials is proposed through the theory of cavity beneath road slabs. Natural division is performed base on the temperatures and moist coefficient, different regions' anti-erosion evaluation indexes are proposed. The research results will be the basis for the base course materials' anti-erosion properties laboratory experimental study and the anti-erosion properties prediction of pavement in outdoor in the future. |
