As the induction motor rotor rotation depends on the stator current excitation, and thepermanent magnet synchronous motor rotor is a permanent magnet magnetic does not requiredirect electrical excitation, so the permanent magnet synchronous motor has a simplestructure, reliable operation, small size, high efficiency, the shape and size is flexible, which iswidely used in digital control systems, industrial robotics and other fields.Traditionalpermanent magnet synchronous motor control system is controlled by frequency transformertype speed, the system need a position sensor, the location information by sensor feedback toachieve self-timing, but the existence of sensors not reduced the motorreliability, increasedthe size of the motor, and a larger increase in the cost of the motor affects the application ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor, therefore, sensorless permanent magnet synchronousmotor control system of very important significance.Introduced some common synchronous motor without position sensor control strategy,this method based on sliding mode observer to sensorless permanent magnet synchronousmotor speed control.In-depth analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector controlprinciple,gave the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor atdifferent coordinates, the establishment of a permanent magnet synchronous motor speed andcurrent dual-loop speed control system models.In-depth analysis of the sliding mode observer of sensorless permanent magnetsynchronous motor Speed Control System and the chattering of sliding mode observer,improved the traditional synovial observer by using saturation function.Analysis of the anti-interference ability of the variable structure speed controller in thepermanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system advantages, which supersedes theclassic PI speed regulator for dual sliding speed control system.Using MATLAB simulation tools to build dual-sliding mode based sensorless permanentmagnet synchronous motor control system simulation platform, the simulation studyexamined the effectiveness of the system, simulation results show that the speed controlsystem based on dual-sliding mode with gooddynamic and static performance. Brief description of the experimental hardware and software environment, used TI'sDSP2812 to realize the speed regulation system based on dual-sliding mode control algorithm,and in the design of the hardware environment to complete the permanent magnetsynchronous motor with no load and load test, and the experimental results show that thesensorless based on dual sliding permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control systemis feasibility.
