The Wind power, Solar energy and Hydropower are all called Green Energies. They have the advantages of non-pollution,abundant reserves and could be used widely.But,the wind power has more randomicity and uncertainty compared with other kinds of Green Energies.The quality of power,which is generated by the wind power generators,will be affected greatly due to the randomicity,when the wind power generation system is working.And,if the load changes momentarily,it will be more difficult to control the whole generation system, so,we could conclude that it's harder to make use of the wind power than the other two kinds of Green Energies.Due to the advantages of low maintenance cost, low mechanical loss, high efficiency,following the double-fed induction wind turbine,permanent magnet synchronous wind generator is another important model which receeved extensive attention and gradually began to put into use, controlling over their operating characteristics and increasing the wind energy capture efficiency of wind turbine is an important research topic in the wind power field.Firstly paper reviews the development of wind power and the control technology of wind power generation; introduces the background of the subject,purpose and meaning; the independent wind power system with the basic composition, the role of each part and the operating principle is put forward, with Buck-Boost converter circuit topology structure, under the condition of both micro- wind power's micro-power rechargeable batteries and under excessive wind speed's wind turbine protection; put forward the wind machines and their performance, and to conduct the principle of the analysis and derivation making use of Buck-Boost circuit achieving the maximum power point tracking.Secondly, the paper models the permanent magnet synchronous wind power system and constructs the corresponding simulation platform based on Matlab simulation software and conducts the simulation analysis; integrated control system is given with the appropriate mode control strategy, including the maximum power control, loads tracking and charge control, running protection control; focuses on the largest wind power tracking control strategy based on climbing search method which is verified through the MATLAB simulation. And on this basis, proposes the improved MPPT control algorithm.Finally the detailed introduction of the controller,which was designed by author,is given in the chapter four,including the general design,the hardware circuits and the code implementing.
