In recent years, China railroad development welcomes the new climax, a lot of passenger traffic and the high-speed railroad are constructing. Continuous welded turnouts as an important part of CWR track. Jointless switch as a cross between one of the key technologies on cross station line, the railway track structure research become difficult and hot. At both ends of Jointless switch, the track is welded or glued together, when the track temperature changes, the switch will be under great temperature stress, leading to complexly displacement and force, and further bring much more difficulties for the designing and maintaining of CRW track. service to be difficult. Many expert longitudinal forces on the jointless switch in this area have developed their own theoretical and computational methods, but not yet an accepted method.This paper, based on the finite element principle and studying on the temperature forces passing principles of continuous seamless turnout with movable point frog, for fasteners, spacing iron, limiter and the track bed resistance parameters carefully selected, the article propose a new calculating theory foe seamless turnout and makes a finite element model by using ANSYS to analyze NO.18 turnout on the qinshen dedicated passenger line force and deformation. Analysis of the the longitudinal rail force and displacement, when the model calculation temperature changes 45℃and 55℃, obtained longitudinal rail force and displacement distribution. It is proved that the calculation theory is correct.Based on the model, the resistance parameter of spacer is a key parameter of jointless switch design. The value of spacer resistance is analyzed and a practical method is provided. It provided a new way to analisis the design parameter of jointless switch.At last, hopes that the conclution we obtained some guidance action to paving swing nose turnout swich on intrinsic speed raising switch of another train ststion.
