In modern produce, For more sophisticated machining equipment and office automation equipment, usually including the precise positioning rotation movement, linear motion, tipping sports and other activities. The traditional mechanical and electrical design to be used a lot of mechanical transmission, such as screw, gear and so on. These devices not only easier to damage during exercise have a greater noise and vibration, maintenance of large, short life and so can not fully address the weaknesses. To achieve"zero transmission"can greatly simplify the system structure, especially the simplified mechanical structure, save energy, reduce the failure rate, the system's cost performance and reliability significantly increased, but also can reduce noise, improve the working environment.In this paper, stepping motor as the research object, and based on the principle of the stepper moto,we analysis of the reactive"zero transmission"characteristics of stepper motor further. We used the mathematical tools—Matlab to complete the motion characteristics of stepper motor and frequency, damping and the load characteristic simulation relations, under the simulation features, designed stepper motor acceleration and deceleration curves, and the stepper motor acceleration, deceleration process of discretization, are suitable for digital control of acceleration and deceleration control table based on the theory of the stepper motor mathematical model. The hardware part, motor drive circuit, motor drive circuit buffer circuit was designed when the mathematical analysis is completed.Stepper motor acceleration and deceleration control when the high voltage, when the start by the end of bipolar control strategy, completed the hardware design and software programming.Stepper motor based on theoretical analysis of zero transmission system and the hardware circuit structures, TI's dedicated motor control chip TMS320LF2407 core DSP was selected and "Zero transmission" system of three-phase step motor response was developed.
