As a kind of widespread use of energy, Electric energy, its application extent is one of the main signs of a country's development level and comprehensive strength. Against the situation that power quality is deteriorating and the requirements for electrical equipment have improved relatively, setting up power quality monitoring system better and design high-precision power quality analysis devices are of great significance to the entire power system management and improvement of power quality.Based on surveying and researching the current domestic and international power quality, in accordance with the national standards and analyzing the power quality monitoring program in depth, a set of DSP-based on-line power quality monitoring system is designed. The design and debugging of the hardware system, development and implementation of the software system of the power quality monitoring system are included in this thesis.Firstly, after discussing and analyzing the current status and theory of power quality monitoring, the advantages of on-line monitoring are pointed out. Then the detection principle and algorithm implementation of the parameters of power quality is researched.Secondly, according to the design requirements of the power quality monitoring system, the specific design program of the monitoring system is given. The hardware circuit such as signal acquisition module, data processing module, CPLD logic control module, storage module, display module and communication module and so on are designed and realized. The constitute principle and realization method of every module circuit are discoursed in detail. The schematic diagram of each module is given.Thirdly, the overall software design idea is described. According to the hardware principle, the software module of the system is designed. The realization methods for signal acquisition, data processing (including power quality algorithm-voltage harmonic,designs of there-phase imbalance, power and voltage flicker), data communication and interrupt service routine module are discoursed in detail, and the specific software flow charts are given.
