With the development of society, load, and the role of environmental factors, resulting in lack of adaptability of some bridges, reinforced by appropriate measures to restore and improve the load carrying capacity, extend the life of the bridge to meet the needs of modern transportation has become very urgentExternal Prestressing technology is actively strengthening technical areas, and widely available in the field of bridge strengthening. External Prestressed CFRP reinforcement technology, give full play to the strength of carbon fiber and the advantages of high corrosion resistance in bridge engineering and has broad application prospects. Currently, the technology research and test applications in the pilot stage of prestressed CFRP prestressing tendons in vitro study does not calculate the loss more.This paper briefly prestressing loss calculation method based on the tendons by 14 External Prestressing CFRP reinforced concrete beams in the tension test, the measured tension due to friction and anchoring the process of teeth deformation caused by plate prestress loss test data. On this basis, the Department turned to a friction loss calculation method, is proposed in line with the actual formula for calculating friction loss; through statistical analysis shows that the friction loss calculation parameters of reasonable values. CFRP tendons in vitro research results provide a reference for prestressed reinforcement.
