The Applied Research Of Traditional Elements Of Zhuang Nationality In Modern Interior Design

Nowadays,when facing the challenges of globalization on local culture and the national culture, interior designers should know how to effectively use and protect their national culture, so that they can revitalize interior design work which is more highly national character and geographical. This is the problem that the modern interior designers should seriously think about and solve. Traditional culture is the accumulation of human history and culture in the process of of long-term development. We are studying and exploring the traditional culture is not to simply repeat the past,but to better serve present and future. Learning and carrying forward the traditional culture,will help designers to enrich the performance of the design means with better modern design concepts and performance techniques which base on the fine cultural traditions and history of civilization. so that modern design can has a more profound culture and a broader space for development. In this context,I selected to study traditional elements of Zhuang,with the purpus in keeping with the current situation and development needs.The traditional elements of Zhuang ,is the most attractive and most lucrative part of the cultural content which in its rich and colorful ethnic culture and the rich tradition of success. The development and values of respecting inherent in nature which of traditional culture,and harmoniously developing with nature,is an integral component that is what we have today to promote eco-design culture . As a menber of Zhuang Nationality, the author based on her learned of art design, hope by the research of traditional elements of the Zhuang nationality in the modern interior design,can do some basic work for the inheritance and development of Zhuangs'traditional elements.However,there were only some academic research about the traditional elements of the Zhuang,only selected one of these elements such as the Zhuangs'ethnic clothes and dry bar etc to do a single study. In that case,they could not grasp the whole essence of traditional elements of Zhuang. I tried to start the whole way,respectively put the traditional elements of Zhuang into two kinds of elements such as the spirit elements and material elements to study. I not only studied typical history and aesthetic characteristics of these traditional elements,but also focused on digging up its internal cultural connotation. On this basis,the author summarized traditional elements of Zhuang extracted in modern interior design in the application,and explored and discussed its application in modern interior design and application of the principles, then by choosing three modern building which designed with Zhuang'features and designed in different stages as cases for detailed analysis,at last through traditional elements of Zhuang in the modern interior design ,I put forward some new ideas which are my independence opinion.
