With the introduction and development of digitalized industry technology in complex industrial system, it presents some new features that traditional analog systems didn't have, and digitalized industry system becomes more reliable, efficient and safe. As a result of improvement of the degree about automation system, the operators just serve as a monitor most of the time. Digitized industry system is different from traditional analog system, digitalized technology will influence the way of information collection, the way of information transfer among operators and operation model of operators. So, digitalized technology makes an effect on cognitive behavior and monitoring behavior of operators. Study of monitoring behavior of operators in digitalized industrial system is important for improving reliability of operators.Study of monitoring behavior of operators in digitalized industrial system mainly seeks Impact Factor of monitoring behavior of operators, constructs a model to describe the whole process of monitor behavior of operators, and uses Markov model to study transfer of monitoring track of operators.Because the adverse effect of the digitalized technology, so it's necessary to put forward countermeasures to prevent human errors in monitoring behaviour, based on anterior foundation. The primary research is as follows:1To analyse the background foundation of monitoring model. It mainly focused on two points:The first one is introduction of the development of digitalized technology and structure of digitalized control room; The other one is outline of the characteristics of the digitalized system.2 To analyse study the process of operator's monitoring behavior in digitalized system, comprehensively analyse subprocedures of operator's monitoring behavior, and mainly analyse the Impact Factor of performance operator's monitoring behavior.3 To study transfer of monitoring track of operators.To construct a Markov model, and simulate transfer of monitoring track of operators if it corresponds Markov property.4Combining the benefits and disadvantages which digitization technology bring to operator's monitoring behavior with monitoring model, to put forward some counter-measures for preventing human error during the monitoring process.The thesis finally summarized the research work of this article, and discussed some solution of questions well as the further research work prospect.
