Research On Testing System Of 2 Position Multi-port Solenoid Valves For Gas Medium

This paper bases on the cooperation between my supervisor and Solenoid Valves Co. Ltd.Solenoid Valve Test System for gas is a very important part of this project, because 2 position multi-ports gas-solenoid Valve system is used to test three types of solenoid valves: 2 position 3 ports,2 position 4 ports and 2 position 5 ports; it's the most complex system. Solenoid Valve is able to accomplish action test, seal test, leak test, and resist hydraulic pressure test, Kv est and life test when the liquid is gis base on this new system.Solenoid Valve Test System for gas is a kind of typical Computer Measurement and Control System. If accomplished design and manufacture, it will replace the old hand-test method and make the testing process automation come true. It will improve the efficiency in testing Solenoid Valve performance and make the testing data more precise than before.This paper puts up the the design of the whole test-control systym, the layout, data acquisition, and contacts with PLC are done by the industrial computer with LabVIEW and the board of data acquisition.The test items of Solenoid Valves are done by PLC, and the bridge of LabVIEW and PLC is OPC. The relatedtechnology is introduced by this paper.The loop and the methods of test, the build of test-control system which includes advantech industrial computer, the board of data acquisition, the program of LabVIEW and PLC and OPC serie communication which is based on the OMRON OPC Server, build emluator of system with AMEsim; through comparation the different results of emluator, explain the necessary of pneumatic chamber for the testing system, and adjust the pertinent parameter of the system which is based on the esults of emluator, areall done in this paper.
