The engine mount system is one of the most important vibration sources. In order to decrease the effect of the vibration of the engine mount system on the comfortableness, carry out some research according to the background of the question for study by overviewing the current situation at home and abroad firstly:Find out the vibration source of the engine mount system by means of analyzing excitation of the single and multiple-cylinder. Describe the way of obtaining position parameters, inertia parameters and stiffness parameter and the dynamic and static characters, and then use these parameters to establish the mathematical model of the engine mount system by looking the engine as a rigid body.Establish the geometric pattern by using the software PRO/E and the finite element model by using the software HYPERMESH to mesh. And then channel this finite element modal into the software ANSYS to do modal analysis and obtain the natural frequencies and model shapes of the engine mount system.At last, discuss theories of decoupling in detail and employ the energy decoupling theory in this paper. The key part of this paper is discussing the optimization methods in detail and doing the optimization of the engine mount system by regarding the counter-force of mounts as object function, regarding the stiffness parameters, position parameters as design variables, regarding coupling lever, stiffness parameters, position parameters, frequency allocation as constraint functions. It is clear that it improves the comfortableness and smooth-going character by doing the engine mount system optimization and analyzing the results of the optimization. All has proved that the optimization is correct and reasonable. The optimization provides suggestions for the design and improvement of the engine mount system, and also can help automobile manufactures to reduce the construction cycle, improve the success ratio, raise market competition effectively. This paper widens the theory of the absorption of vibration and has some academic value.
