Research On The Logistics Operation Process Management Of The Railway Container Multi-modal Transport Enterprise

Enterprise logistics operation flow management runs across the whole logistics system, which integrates such activities as planning, organization, coordination and controlling. Railway container multimodal enterprises always have quite complicated business operation flow with a lot of bodies and chain of various links, therefore-the implementation of efficient management is an urgent issue. An efficient management could not only improve the enterprises'logistics operation capability and management control ability, but reduce their logistics cost.Based on the status quo of China's logistics enterprises, the present article analyzes and optimizes the logistics operation flow of China's railway container multimodal enterprises, builds up a logistics operation network, and proposes the flow monitoring technology based on the service tree and the income & expenditure settlement technology based on orders. It consists of three sections as follows:1) Analyzes the logistics operation flow of multimodal enterprises and builds up a logistics service operation network Analyzes the logistics operation flow of railway container multimodal enterprises focused on freight receiving, transportation and distribution; builds up a service network of flow operation by selecting the important bodies and links of the flow.2) Proposes the method of efficient monitoring of service flowEstablishes a service tree based on the workflow especially the orders, from whose node status one can get updated with the situation of various links; designs a monitoring method based on service tree scope.3) Proposes the method of rapid monitoring and settlement of income & expenditureOn the base of flow analysis, normalizes the pricing rules of various links, sets the price calculation method, and builds up the service tree reflecting income & expenditure based on orders; designs a depth priority ergodic method based on the service tree that monitors the income & expenditure of order capital.4) Case studyFocus on the practical application of proposes method from the background of integrated business management system.
