With the rapid development of China's national economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the lack of energy supply and environmental pollution are likely to cause economic security and national security problems.Liquid natural gas is a new energy with high efficiency,cleanness,economy and safety,and an effective way to solve the problem of energy conservation and emission reduction.In recent years,LNG terminal projects have been built and put into operation in many coastal areas due to the small natural gas reserves and the large space distance between production and consumption.With the increase of LNG import and the continuous development of the consumer application market,the demand for LNG transportation is correspondingly increased.Based on the multimodal transport mode of LNG container,it is suitable for transportation,storage,sea and land.The safe,high-efficiency and convenient transportation can be realized,which more meets the needs of modern LNG transportation.As the bottleneck area of multimodal transport mode,the layout of LNG container port and the optimization of logistics mode not only ensure the safe,efficient and fast turnover of LNG container,but also expand the economic scope of LNG terminal,and reduce the investment cost of the whole industrial chain.Based on the analysis of LNG industrial chain,LNG economic chain and LNG logistics chain,this paper concludes that LNG container transportation under multimodal transport can reduce LNG transportation cost,improve turnover efficiency,improve customer satisfaction and promote LNG trade.In the whole LNG supply chain,the LNG container port has the function of connecting the preceding and the following.It not only circulates the international LNG containers,but also standardizes the domestic containers.Taking Zhoushan comprehensive bonded area wharf as an example,from the perspective of logistics,considering the current situation and surrounding environment of the wharf,considering the natural conditions,hydrological conditions,engineering geology and LNG ship type,this paper calculates the berth length,front water depth and turning water area of the LNG container ship,reasonably arranges the comprehensive office,waiting building,fire pool and fire pump,and optimizes the safety protection measures And access routes for different vehicles.The third-party logistics mode is introduced into LNG container terminal.According to the optimized layout,the Cooperative Logistics Mode of Terminal Co.,Ltd.,XX logistics company and Xin'ao company is set up,the responsibility of operation company and the functions of each groupare clarified,and the shipping route is reasonably planned.Finally,according to the layout and logistics plan of the LNG container terminal in Zhoushan comprehensive bonded area as the physical model,the whole process is simulated by using the 3D simulation model Flexsim,by which various situations are simulated and resource allocation is adjusted.The results of setting different LNG containers and pre stored LNG containers are compared from the vertical and horizontal dimensions,so as to make the LNG port and LNG terminal operate reasonably and reduce LNG containers Ship stay time,improve customer satisfaction,broaden LNG trade chain,and allocate China's natural gas resources more quickly,safely and conveniently.It provides decision-making reference for future scholars to study the optimal allocation of related resources in project planning.
