Power cable is applied in Poewr system extensivly.Probability taking Place in cable fault is greatly increased along with run-time,as many factors,such as Power insulation aging and machinery damage.On-line fault location method and new technologies are analyzed and compared systematically.Wavelet analysis,a new tool for time-frequency analysis,has been more and more widely used in power system.Several importantand difficult Problems should be thought of carefully about on-line fault location in cable power system,which transformer neutral point not directly grounded.Firstly,what's the characteristic of the traveling wave during its propagation; Secondly,will the fault point characteristic affect the travelling wave;Thirdly,how will the fault information change at the measuring point;And the last but not the least,how to determine accurately the arrival time of the traveling wave.In the text,the new method utilizes properties of wavelet transform suficiently both in time domain and infrequency domain. In order to eliminate the couple between the phase,phase-modul transformation is coming.1t doesn't make modul components afected by environment condition,for example, frequency and so on.As a result,Through modulus maxima of the wavelet transform the fault characteristic of the traveling waves are clearly expressed.Transmission line fault location is very useful in power system.The current traveling have many fault information.We could utilize it to detect the fault position in the transmission Iine.The characteristic of the electrical system transient traveling wave is studied by using PSB based on MATLAB.The factors influencing fault location are analyzed,and the corresponding setlements are proposed,thereby fault location based on traveling wave by using Wavelet Transform is proposed.Wavelet as an alysisd evice based on the power transient sign is designed,including the hardware based on DSP TMS320C5402 and the design of programming. |
