A Boiler Combustion Image Detection System's Design And Application Engineering Research

Direct response to the burning flame stability of the state to establish and maintain a stable flame is a basic requirement for power plant boiler combustion. Therefore, the need for effective power plant boiler combustion diagnostics and flame monitoring to avoid potential dangers. The using of CCD cameras and image processing technology to measure the parameters of flame and combustion diagnostics, which is an new technologies with computer technology, optical technology and mathematical methods developed, there is a good market prospects.Flame image sensor is an important component of a flame image detection system. In this paper, the image sensor is designed with hard-pipe industrial endoscopy and CCD camera basised on the inadequacies of the past flame image sensor, and calculated the cooling system parts of sensor. And on this basis, for the Shanghai Wujing second Power Generation Co. Ltd.'s small amount of oil ignition transformation of the 600MW boiler which caused a flame failure problems during startup, designed a image detection system,that used in boiler small amount of oil ignition, so that the system has a certain capability of industrial application. The system provided the flame image,which enables person adjust the air in accordance with combustion,that ensure the boiler has a normal combustion. All of these greatly reducing the boiler start-up time, and achieved economic and security benefits.In this paper, the main research contents including as follows:(1) The design of flame image sensor's structure;(2) The design of flame image sensor's cooling system;(3) The Flame image detection System's designing;(4) The integrated application of the flame mage detection system in the small amount of oil ignition transformation of the 600MW boiler.
