Investigate on the strategy of composite optimal design based on the key technology which is named sensitivity analysis in order to design the modern aircraft fast and efficiently at the background of aerodynamic-stealth multidisciplinary composite optimal design.First, study on the parametric modeling and optimization method closely related to the sensitivity analysis in order to build the integrated optimization framework by investigating on the method of aerodynamic-stealth multidisciplinary optimal design. Then carry out the sensitivity analysis algorithm and application research based on the optimization framework. Select the central difference format of the sensitivity analysis through the research on sensitivity analysis algorithm. Propose the two-round sensitivity analysis method before the optimization process to improve the efficiency of the design of the response surface model and the optimization process. Based on the research on the gradual character of the optimization method, the sensitivity analysis method based on orthogonal experiment approach is applied to draw useful conclusions to guide the optimal design and improve the optimal design result. At last the strategy of composite optimal design based on sensitivity analysis is proposed. Use the strategy to design the shape of a vehicle. The results show that the strategy of composite optimal design based on sensitivity analysis has advantages. The time used to build the response surface model and get the optimal design result is shortened by half approximately, and the sensitivity analysis results can give designers valuable information to improve performance fitness. The fitness is improved by 56.1% and the increase rate of the fitness is improved by 17.1%.
