As global economic integration of the sustainable development and Energy consumption of the increasingly fierce,the problem of insufficient power supply power tension will be more and more highlighted.Because about 20 percent of world electricity demand goes to lighting,our country would stress the development of the energy-saving lighting.LED widely used for indoor and outdoor light is one of the most advanced energy-saving lighting technology.Based on optimization modeling theory,we analysis of the use of aluminum heat sink on the high luminous efficiency LED tube with the orthogonal experiment method.And we use the softwares named light tools and EFD to analysis the 3D model of the high luminous efficiency LED tube created by the software named PROE.As the result of the optics simulation analysis,I find that the tube luminous would increase with the heatsink height lower;as the result of the thermal simulation analysis,I find that the LED Ts temperature would be lower with the heatsink superficial area increase.According to the regression analysis of the test result,we build the fitted curve for the optics efficiency and the heatsink height and the fitted curve for the thermal efficiency and the heatsink superficial area.Then I build the optimal model.Using the SUMT to solve the optimization problems,we get the optimum value.We use the sensitivity analysis method to analysis the optimum value.And we make the sample to test.
