TBased on existing power network of Jinghai DaQiuzhuang region, this paper introduce comprehensive evaluation system. There are some problems needed in comprehensive evaluation system to be analysis, such as assessment criterion of the evaluation system,confim the grade criterion and evaluation weighting. To establish a clear hierarchy of power network, this paper using Analytic Hierarchy Process to analysis power network through technical reasonableness, running safety, power supply quality and reliability, maintenance levels and running economic of power network. To find network's existing problems,this paper analysis the exeisting power network of DaQiuzhuang region by comprehensive evaluation system. Then evaluate the power network of DaQiuzhuang region.For the exist problems of DaQiuzhuang region power network, this paper gives planning programs by different phase which optimize power structure and improve the electricity grid reliability of DaQiuzhuang region.TComprehensive evaluation system, using in existing power network, can easly find existing problems, evaluate the power network wholly. Comprehensive evaluation system is a good method in application.
