As an important transmission link between the power grid and end users, the distribution network is an important part of the modern smart grid. With the development of economy and society, the demand of residents and enterprises for power supply loads is increasing, and higher requirements are placed on the power supply capacity and reliability of power distribution networks.Reasonable and scientific power distribution network planning will improve the power supply for the general public.Capabilities, service management capabilities of power supply companies, and the ability to coordinate the allocation of social resources are of great significance.Based on the ideas and methods of grid planning for distribution networks, this thesis studies the four processes of grid planning:power supply block division, power grid division, target grid planning, and planning effectiveness evaluation.ND urban grid is used as an example. The DK-means clustering algorithm is used to divide the power supply block. The comparison of the data weighting and the balance index ? and index BWP effectively solves the disadvantages of the randomization of the initial clustering center and the number of partitions of the traditional K-means clustering algorithm. The algorithm divides the ND urban area plan into 14 power supply blocks. The power grid is divided using a minimum weight matching algorithm. After determining the power supply range of each substation in the target year,by finding the shortest path of the main supply line of the substation and the connection line of the power supply block, the algorithm uses the algorithm to heterogeneize the 14 power supply blocks.Matching into 5 power grids and 3 independent blocks. The target grid planning is based on the "differentiated" planning concept, which translates global planning into plans within each grid.According to the different development levels, the power supply grid is classified into three areas:planned built-up area, development construction area, and natural development area.By studying the load density and power supply reliability, unit investment efficiency, line loss rate, and voltage drop in each wiring mode According to the matching relationship, the planning concepts and networking methods of the three regions are summarized, and the target grid framework is planned for the five power grids according to the conclusion. The effectiveness evaluation system for distribution network planning is established through five levels of power supply capacity, grid structure, power supply reliability, economic efficiency, and social environmental protection. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to set index weights and the ideal approximation ranking method(TOPSIS).Judge evaluation results.Through comparison of the planning effectiveness indicators of the target grid planning scheme in this thesis with the other two ND county urban district grid planning schemes, the results show that the evaluation system can fully reflect the effectiveness of the distribution network planning and quantify the advantages and weaknesses of each planning scheme. The feasibility of the plan provides an important basis.
