BLDCM(Brushless DC Motor)are used widely in various fields. As the continuous developing of the application, brushless dc motor speed-adjusting system are asked for more accuracy and robustness, but the traditional algorithm of control and controller can't make them in many situations. Thereupon, the application of intelligent control and high-performance controller in the DC speed-adjusting system are generally concerned. In this background, brushless DC motor speed-adjusting system based on DSP was designed. This design is mainly divided into algorithm design and system of hardware and software. In the control algorithm, through further study tradition PID control algorithm and neural network theory, we research and analyse the single neuron adaptive PID control algorithm of double closed loop speed-adjusting system. And a simulation model of BLDCM and the double loops BLDCM speed-adjusting system are established on the SIMULINK of MATLAB. The results of simulation show that the single-neural self-adapting PID algorithms are better than the traditional one.On the basis of theoretical analysis, the software and hardware of the brushless DC motor control system based on TMS320F2812 Digital Signal Processor(DSP) are designed. The hardware design includes TMS320F2812 main control circuits, power converting circuits, IGBT driving circuits, current sampling circuits, detecting circuits of the motor's position signal, speed display and keyboard processing circuits and protection circuits; the software design includes the main program module, initialization program module, speed closed-loop program module, and current closed-loop program module. Finally, we do experimental research, and provide experimental waveform. The results of the experiment proves that the control strategy and control algorithm can adapt to the high performance speed-control system.
