Development Of Comprehensive Control Test Device On Gasoline Direct Injection Engine

With increasingly stringent regulations on vehicle emission, a new form of combustion—homogeneous charge compression ignition—have been focused on. The main task of this thesis is to develop a comprehensive control test device on gasoline direct injection engine to meet the needs of a national 973 project"SI/HCCI prototype test and visualization test". The work of this thesis ensures the carrying on of the project's preliminary studies.At the beginning of this article, the analyzing of this comprehensive control test device's function is mentioned, which is divided into two parts of injector driver module and test device. Then, in the part of high-pressure injector driver module, a feasible design is proposed based on the analysis of the structure and electrical characteristics of high-pressure injector. The design is detailed in boost circuit and control signal logic circuit, etc, and the design method of thermal and electromagnetic compatibility is also concluded. In the part of GDI/HCCI comprehensive control test device, for the request of realizing GDI and HCCI on the gasoline direct injection engine, a design is proposed in which the 16 bit single-chip as the core. The design method of hardware, PC software and single-chip software is also detailed.At the end, the comprehensive control test device is applied for testing such as visualization test and GDI/HCCI bed experiments. Results have verified that this device managed to achieve the anticipated design object, and meet the request of the project. The task of the thesis is summarized and some advice for the next version is given.
