Multifunction Drive System For Gasoline Engine Fuel Injector With ARM

The structure,the working principle and the control method of gasoline engine solenoid valve injector were analyzed in this paper.For the multiple types of gasoline engine solenoid valve injectors,a flexible and reliable multi-function driver was designed.The driver can be used for driving Gasoline Direct Injection(GDI)injector and Port Fuel Injection(PFI)injector.They have different electrical parameters.The drive way and drive parameters of injector can be configurate flexibility through the computer software,which can improves the flexibility of the driver.According to the control requirements of solenoid valve injector,the paper used the high-low voltage time-sharing power supplying to complete the sequence control of fuel injection.A boosted circuit was designed which can be used to provide the high driving voltage for different types of GDI injectors.With the basic model of half-bridge driver,a driving circuit which can be used for driving GDI injector,PFI injector was designed.The energy-releasing efficiency of many types of freewheeling circuits was analyzed.An efficient freewheeling circuit was designed which can not only accelerate the speed of energy-releasing for injector,but also reduce the heating of driving circuit,as well as improve the stability of the system.In the respect of the strategy for current control of injector,using the theory of circuit feedback and Fuzzy-PID control algorithm,as well as according to the results of ADC,get the real-time PWM signal through the calculation of ARM.With driving hardware circuit coordinate work,the configurable driving signal for solenoid valve injector was realized.Experimental results show that the driver can meet the control requirements of various solenoid valve injectors.
