The car body panel is one of the most important parts in car body,the level of press for car body panel and the quality of panel are very important in the car industry .As we all know,most of the automotive body panel and structure are made by sheet metal stamping.For the auto industry,the competition core will be the new product competition.How to achieve high quality,low cost and short leadtime in the new auto type exploitation is the key to win this competition.Now,only depending on the traditional experience design is not enough to adjust to the new condition,the auto body incorporated technology which taking CAE as the center,is becoming the focus of the auto industry.Among of them—the sheet metal forming simulation technology is the most important.The sheet metal forming simulation technology plays an important role in improving the level of auto designing,the quality of manufacture and the efficiency.It's also the only way to improve the competition ability of our country's auto market.The essential of the stamping simulation is analysing the whole deforming progress of sheet metal in which the mould and technics project are given by numerical simulation technique,so we can judge the rationality of the mould and the technics project.Each time of simulation is equivalent to one time of stamping.So,the mature simulation technique not only can reduce the times of try_stamping and under some condition we can have the mould and technics design satisfy our requirements one time without repairing mould.In that case,we can greatly shorten the leadtime of the new product,reduce the explotiation cost,improve the quality and maket competition power of the product.In the past the designing of the mould mainlydepend on the long-term accumulated experience of the engineer.For complicated forming technics and mould,it's hard to ensure the design quality;some critical design parameter can only be ascertained after the mould is manufactured and through repeating testing,modification.In this case,we waste plenty of manpower,material resources and time.Along with the fenitee lement thenique and comouter thechnology development,numerical simulation has gradually become the effective tool of thechnics analysing and optimization designing.In recent period,with the development of the computer and the sheet metal forming theory,the research of the sheet metal forming simulation has achieved a great progress in the world.A series of commercial software for simulation of the autobody panel forming have been put forward,some of them have put into industry application.Theereinto,the eta/DYNAFORM is a typical software for sheet metal forming.This software has a strong function and can be easily be mastered,it can solve all kinds of forming conveniently.DYNAFORM can be used to analyse the complicated forming problem of the sheet metal.It can not only solve all kinds of sheet metal forming problem but also can forecast the wrinkle,crack,thinning problems and so on.It can evaluate the forming ability of the metal and provide help for the autobody forming technic and designing of the mould,so, the leadtime og the technic design,the mould design and the mould testing can be greatly reduced .So,eta/DYNAFORM is widely used in international and domestic company.Basing on the special function of the eta/DYNAFORM , we take the car door inner panel as the research subject and simulate and analyse.its forming technic.Through the geometry modeling , finite element modeling , meshing , proper choosing of the analyzing parameter and the material model , we use the dynamic explicit finite element method to simulate the drawing progress. Through the simulation , we find out the problem in the former forming technics , and give out the idea of forming at different height and variety blank-holding based on the forming analysis of DYNAFORM , enhance the using of material and improve the condition of forming.by adjusting the position of the equivalent drawbead ,by modifying the blank shape and their percentage of locking force.The research result of this thesis , not only can we used to guide the designing of the stamping technic and the mould but also has the reference value for the similar autobody panel stamping technics improving.
