Nowadays the automobile industry is developing rapidly,in the trend of automobile production increasing and automobile type increasing;only the parts suitable for many kinds of automobiles can develop value.It means that the auto mold faces serious challenges.So in order to achieve the highest efficiency,we should not only ensure the life of the mould,but also improve the working efficiency of it,so as to improve the product quality and reduce the production cost.And only by using the digital,integrated and other advanced High-tech to make the mold to meet the requirements of the level can we breakthrough the bottleneck of existing achievements.The research object of this paper is about the analysis of the drawing molding of the front engine hood inner panel,about the process design and its mold design by using the AutoForm and UG software and the CAD/CAE technology.The product drawing process numerical simulation and mold structure design are completed through the process analysis from the direction of stamping,process supplement surface,structure process analysis,deep drawing rib,press surface,process incision and so on,and through the mold design from the convex and concave die,the structure type and so on.Through the analysis of the research object,we know that CAD/CAE technology plays a vital role,which is the key factor to determine the success of the drawing analysis and mold design of the front engine hood inner panel.CAD/CAE technology greatly optimizes the effect of stamping molding by putting forward the processing,testing and other process steps,which not only shortens the mold forming cycle but also avoids some problems in the mold test and after processing,thus effectively improves the efficiency of mold manufacturing.We can infer the whole from this single design that if most of the required parts are the same,such as the inside and outside the board,the top cover outside board,etc.we can borrow ideas from the analysis and the process design of the drawing molding of the front engine hood inner panel.
