The energy has been gradually exhausted, environment has been increasingly worsened, and ecological balance has been damaged with the human progress and social development. Power as the major secondary energy in modern society, use a lot of coal, oil and other primary energy, and emit a lot of sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide and other harmful gases to the atmosphere when the power supply energy to production and life of modern society, that causing serious damage to the environment. In this such grim circumstances, how to reduce energy resource's consumption, improve operating efficiency and achieve optimal operation on the premise of ensuring the security of the electricity supply, in-depth study the problem of the power system's energy conservation and environmental protection of economic optimization scheduling has very important significance.In order to achieve energy saving, reduce energy consumption, emission reduction, environmental protection, economic objectives, in the premises of a large number of constraint condition, we establish a multi-objective energy saving and economic dispatch of electricity energy model, put forward an algorithm that a tabu search algorithm integrated into the adaptive particle swarm algorithm, and applying to the scheduling model, the algorithm can be faster to achieve the optimal solution. The main content of this article is: firstly, through the investigation of the present home and abroad development situation of the power dispatching, according to our country's power structure with coal-based brought the problems of the energy shortage, environment worsen, and ecological balance damaged, pointing out the importance of the energy conservation and environmental protection economic scheduling of power system; Secondly, both correlation property of the power unit and the traditional economic power dispatch model are used to have the theoretical study, and the shortcoming of the traditional power dispatch is pointed out, we put forward a multi-objective power dispatch model with the factors of energy saving, environmental protection and economic, and the multi-objective model is simplified to laid a foundation to solve the model; Thirdly, we study the basic principles of tabu search algorithm and particle swarm optimization, in order to avoid the defect in basic particle swarm algorithm such as premature, the inertial weight is improved, and in order to improve the accuracy of the improved particle swarm optimization, we present an adaptive particle swarm algorithm based the tabu search algorithm, vilify the performance of the proposed algorithm by using the classical test foundations to simulate and analyze; Finally, the improved algorithm is applied to multi-objective energy saving economic dispatch of electricity model, by using the load data and related parameters in Guang'an in Sichuan to simulate, and compare with the result of the improved algorithm and the result of the equal increment method, the experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithms and the mathematical model.
