With the development of new power generation technology include erenewable energy and efficient and clean fossil fuel such as wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation, the micro-grid system has been developed further with high power supply flexibility, less pollution, high reliability. Due to the economic benefits of the microgrid is the important aspect for how to design and construct a microgrid system,and is the main reason for its application to the users, meanwhile it is also the key of microgrid can be popularized in power system, so how to realize the optimization of operation of microgrid system,formulate the appropriate strategy, reduce the cost of generation, decrease the environmental pollution and improve the reliability of power supply is the crucial problem to be solved urgently.Therefore, to research and establish the optimal scheduling mathematical model of microgrid with varies of distributed generations is of great significance.In this paper, based on the analysis of the general structure and two different operating mode of the microgrid,the model of wind power generation,photovoltaic power generation,micro gas turbine,fuel cell,battery and the high temperature energy storage system are established. From the point of view of economic cost and environmental cost in power generation side, full account of the time-sharing eclectricity and cogeneration efficiency and other factors,concerned the characteristics of each micro power,the environmental and economic optimal dispatch model of the microgrid with various of distributed genenrations is established.Meanwhile,by regarding the generation cost of the generation side and the electricity satisfaction of the user side as objective function, then establish the microgrid scheduling plan under the interaction between the user side and generation side. The difference of optimization mathematical model and the constraint conditions are compared between the two operation modes:grid-connected and isolated. An immune particle swarm optimization algorithom based on dynamically changing learning factors is proposed to improve the detect that the premature, low precision and slow convergence of PSO algorithm in the late. Finally, take the actual microgrid system as example, by using the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to calculate and simulate it under different objections. Then obtain the results:the environmental and economic optimal scheduling scheme and day-ahead generation scheduling plan scheme.From the results, it is of cost saving and significant economic benefit for high temperature energy storage system to participate in thermal load supplying, and also testified validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm proposed in this paper.
