Connecting structure is a new system of high-rise complex building, It's used more and more popular, because of its unique architectural features and visual features. Phase III of the Tianfu Software Park Engineering of Chengdu consists of several connecting buildings, in which connecting building B and C is the most representative.This stucture consists of building B and C with plan re-entrant comers irregularity, torsion irregularity and vertical stiffness irregularity,which are linked by steel truss corridors from the eleventh story to the top story.According to the present"seismic design of buildings""Technical specifications for concrete structures of tall building"and Ministry of Construction,"High-rise building earthquake-proof special examination techniques of"notice (build quality【2006】220) in the relevant regulations, there are several aspects that exceed the limits: Buildings B and C are linked by steel truss corridors from the eleventh story to the top story as a connecting structure. The size, surface, rigidity of Buildings B and C are irregular and have no axis of symmetry.? And the vertical stiffness is mutation, Building B and C built on stilts in the first and second stories.In order to ensure that the complex connecting structure seismic is safe and reliable, the thesis based on the shaking table test of the structure model, deeply study the program conducted a comprehensive, systematic of the structure,evaluat its dynamic characteristics, seismic response and seismic performance of other aspects of the assessment and order to the trial as a carrier of the shaking table model test of the related technology.The whole process of the design and the fabrication of the structural model of the building B and C, and the operation of the test are introduced in details in the dissertation. After the analyzing of the test results, the analysis results shows that the main seismic indices meet the requirements of current codes in principle, so seismic behaviors of the structure are satisfied and identify the possible weak parts,?put forward?design proposals.
