This Thesis Mainly Focuses On The Research Of Methods To Building Town Image Of Small Towns With Features In Southern Shaanxi

The urbanization in China has come into a new era of development, focusing on both speed and quality, which attaches greater importance to the design with features and the building of image. The building and elevation of towns' image is a matter of the production and living environment of towns and of towns' innovation and competition ability. However, the image problems in the development along with urbanization have become more and more prominent that the features of towns disappear as a result of lacking in regional culture knowledge and features of towns. Therefore, it can be seen that the construction model of small towns is quite monotonous and duplicated.It is needed to research on the design of town image to build small towns with features of harmonious structure of space, favourable social and economic efficiencies and sustainable ecological development, which helps to promote good economic, social and cultural development, increase competition ability and popularity and improve the quality of environment and the function of protection.This thesis mainly focuses on the research of methods to building town image of small towns with features in Southern Shaanxi, the design of town image in architectural planning being complex and manifolds. Based on the formation reason, it studies images of towns from the aspect of features, theoretically analyzing the methods in a multi-discipline, systematic, and integral way with the aim of seeking the feasible methods and theory to build town image combined with the actual conditions of small towns in Southern Shaanxi.
