GSHP (Ground source heat pump) is an important renewable energy application technology, which uses geothermal energy to provide hot water, heating, cooling and other services for construction.GSHP system has already been applied in energy-saving and environmentally friendly building. But the research on taking it into the composition of the intelligent building and utilizing building intelligent technology to monitor and manage it is rare. The main contents of this paper is to utilize building intelligent technology in the GSHP system for real-time monitoring and integrated management, combine the building intelligent technology with GHSP technology effectively to make GSHP system efficient, reliable and optimal operation, integrate GSHP into the integrated management platform of intelligent building to implement information sharing and integrated management, accomplish the goal of intelligent building energy saving and environmental protection.Firstly, to achieve the goal of building energy-saving environmental protection, the thesis analyzes and studies GHSP technology comprehensively, summarizes the application system of GHSP in the building and analyzes its application methods and economic effect.Secondly, it studies utilizing intelligent methods to monitor and manage the GHSP system, analyzes the control requirements, designs the monitoring system, and brings it into BAS (Building automation system) directly to extend the contents of intelligent building.Thirdly, the thesis utilizes the software of SynchroIBMS integrate GSHP systems into the BMS(Building Management System), designs and develops the monitor and control interface of GSHP application systems. Then the GSHP application systems are incorporated with IIS (Intelligentized Integration System)by the software of SynchroRtPortal and the goal of integration is finally achieved.Finally, the thesis summarizes the work, indicates the deficiency of this thesis and shows the next step in the future clearly.The main content of the thesis is to utilize building intelligent technology to monitor and control the GSHP,integrate the GSHP into intelligent building management system, which finally enriches and expands the connotation of intelligent building system, accords with the theme of the energy saving of the times, provide fundamental research and implementation methods for the promotion and application of geothermal energy in intelligent building,it has high practical value.
