With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard,people's demand for comfort is higher and higher.Energy in the increasingly tense today,the issue of energy conservation has become the focus of global attention.Looking for new energy at the same time we should also pay attention to the development of new energy-saving products as well as the energy recycling all kinds of secondary use.As one of the energy-efficient buildings,bathroom need to consume large amounts of hot water every day,a lot of bathing wastewater are discharged at the same time.Bath wastewater temperature is generally between 30~35?,direct emissions will create energy waste and environmental thermal pollution.In order for energy conservation and emissions reduction,an air source/sewage source heat pump hot water system was designed and completed the system cycle thermodynamic calculation,selection of air source heat pump units and matching work of sewage-source heat pump system.Based on the composite heat pump hot water system demonstration project test,obtained system operation efficiency,and compared with the air source heat pump hot water production alone,verified the superiority and economy of the composite heat pump system.Results show that: In the 8±1.2? of ambient temperature and 50? water supply running conditions,through the preheater and waste heat recovery wastewater temperature reduced from 30.6? to 15.5? and the heat recovery energy accounts for about 1/3 of the total energy of the hot water heating;At an ambient temperature of 10±1?,45? water supply conditions,the energy efficiency of composite heat pump system was 3.45,compared with separate air source heat pump operation,energy efficiency increased by 16%;The energy efficiency of the composite heat pump system decreases with the increase of water temperature in the heating process;Preheating device is propitious to improve the operation efficiency of the system;Compared with the traditional hot water system,compound heat pump system has obvious advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.
