The Portland cement concrete pavements has got the extensive application all over the world, with the advantage of high strength, strong stiffness, good stability, great durability and little work in conventionality maintenance. However, there is a big difference between the actual situation and traditional design standards, which based on the calculation of rectangular plate with four free edges.Doing researching on new kinds of concrete pavement models and stress analysis, therefore, has great importance in assuring pavements'reliability. This paper adopts ANSYS to build road models. After analyzing the relationship between plates and stress, it comes to the results of that, the number of plate increases, the lode stress reduces and temperature stress increases. There are three models are determined to apply to calculating:three plates, six plates and nine plates model.Nine plates model is the model of all constraints.First, analyses the influence law of different parameters to the load stress of road. Compared the calculation of models with specification,it is found that, at the wors-case, setting draw bars can reduce load stress a lot. Based on this result, using the methods of uniform design and regression analysis, make modification of stress reduction coefficient in specification. Then analyses the influence law of different parameters to the temperature stress of road. It is found that draw bars do little influences on the temperature stress. After regression analysis, make modification of stress reduction coefficient in specification. At last, it comes to the design standards of semi-rigid and rigid base.
