Along with the rapid development of urbanization and the expansion of the viaduct, overpass, the whole plate girder bridge with single column is widely used. At present, the structure theories of researching of the whole plate girder bridge with single column is not enough profound and its design have a larger blindness. Due to the design and construction deficiencies, the disease is produced on the whole plate girder bridge with single column that be built in the 80's of 20 century, and even more serious accident is happened. Therefore,it has a great significance to the society to research the whole plate girder bridge with single column in mechanics feature and calculation method. And these research is beneficial to improve its construction quality and increase of service life.In this paper, based on the whole plate girder bridge with single column of Qing Tangba, and by comparing the whole plate girder bridge with single column and non-exclusive column, the static and dynamic mechanics feature are analyzed about the whole plate girder bridge with single column. As the asymmetrical loading effect of the whole plate girder bridge with single column is significant, the torque effect of the bridge structure under asymmetrical loading is analyzed. Finally, a comparison have been done between beam grillage method and the spatial FEM model of the whole plate girder bridge with single column. Thesis research content and results are as follows:1, The lengthways, landscape orientation mechanics feature and the structure key position mechanics feature are analyzed about the whole plate girder bridge with single column. The research indicates that the asymmetrical loading effect and the lateral bending moment effect of the whole plate girder bridge with single column is significant. So special attention should be paid to the horizontal design of the superstructure and the pier side of the torsional bearing design.2. The dynamic mechanics feature and its regularity of the whole plate girder bridge with single column are researched. By compared with real bridge dynamic experiment data, the theoretical model data is tested. The research indicates that the structure torsional rigidity is weak in the whole plate girder bridge with single column.3.A variety of the bridge structure simple calculation methods are compared and studied. And the whole plate girder bridge with single column is analyzed by means of beam grillage method.
