| There are many advantages in span box-section beam structure, such as good entirety, construction convenient, good mechanical performance. Now it is widely used in the bridge. However, the force analysis of this structure is very complicated. At present there are still many problems to be solved. We can find little related documentation, such as girder bridge with lager ratio of wide-span on cross beam calculation method. Now there are four primary calculation methods of the cross girder beam, including rigid connected beam method, the Board-analogy Approach method, beam analogy method and the numerical method. But these methods are not very precise for studying wide box girder bridge beams. This passage analyzes the cross beam on the Xierhuan bridge in Hanzhong, in order to find a simple calculation method for the cross beam. The concept of the grid method is clear, and it's easy to understand and to use.So at the beginning, this paper builds space grillage model as the theory of grillage method for the basic principle, and then analyzes it by the finite element analysis software, getting some rules of the internal force and the stress. Because the space grillage model is complex, the computation cycle is very long and data processing is cumbersome. Therefore, it is feasible to find a simplified calculation method. The key of the simplified calculation method is to select load model and calculation model It directly affect the results accuracy of the internal force analysis. Wide box girder bridge beams simplified calculation method mainly aimed at the fulcrum beam, the middle cross beams.Their force character in the structural is more specifically. Taking the supporting cross beam and the internal cross beams for example, this paper chooses the suitable simplified calculation model and load mode to build the model. At the same time, using the plane finite element software to analyse it. Finally,it comprehensive compare about the results of the two methods, in order to verify the applicability and accurate degree of the simplified calculation method in the design of cross beams. It draws some reference value conclusion in similar cross beam design and calculation. |
