With the economic development of national economy, the highway traffic grows day by day and the type of vehicle in the transportation become more and more complicated, what's more, the vehicle have the trend of becoming larger and heavier. In recent years, Overload is widespread despite repeated prohibitions in the highway at all levels, from which the bridge suffered serious damage or even collapse. The load of many large ang heavy vehicle travling in the highway has far exceeded the current load rateing standard used in bridge design, and the standard load derived according to previous traffic flow conditions can't represent traffic flow conditions in those overloading section of heavy road ,so it's very necessary to amend the existing load standard. The paper specializes in the vehicle load standards on the thrust system bridge against heavy traffic conditions. The data in the paper is guang shen gao su vehicle load data derived from dynamic weighing (WIM)system. Using statistical probability analysis methods, the paper analysises the date to obtain the design load calculation model for all classes of vehicles in the design reference period. Then use Monte Carlo simulation methods to imitate random weight and random vehicle spacing, finally the paper uses matlab program to plait a random vehicles loading process.Select a total of 31 kinds of span between 5 to 200-meter in arch bridge. The paper analysises the effect drived from random vehicles loading process to obtain distribution form of the effect. And by the use of Maximum theory, the paper supplicates the effect value in the the design reference period. Select distributed load + Concentrated load as load standard model, then through a large number of spreadsheets, the lane load models are recommended. Which can provide reference for the standards setting of the thrust system bridge.
